Marketing Coordinator

We are looking for a dynamic, highly organized, and analytical marketing coordinator to join our growing organization.  In this position, you will be responsible for researching buyers, their challenges and their buying criteria; and will use that knowledge to create and deliver outstanding marketing content, optimize the use of resources to enhance brand building, and ensure our company’s overall success. The marketing coordinator will work closely with product management and field sales teams to identify and prioritize messaging, tools, and content to support sales and product launch processes.


  • Conduct research and create a database of qualified banks, identifying and tracking key decision makers within the bank
  • Create targeted email campaigns to prospects to generate online demos of BankLabs software products
  • Perform buyer and market research to understand industry trends and ensure resonant messages and effective marketing strategy
  • Plan and manage events, conferences, and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, and coordinating mailing lists
  • Coordinate directly with marketing and PR firms to establish the marketing plan and long-term strategies
  • Provide marketing briefs and specifications when working with campaign and creative teams in support of strategic marketing plans
  • Drive development of key messages in new releases and campaigns that resonate and engage target buyers
  • Develop and manage go-to-market (GTM) launch plans, effectively communicating each projects status, issues, and results
  • Ensure BankLabs products are represented consistently and effectively on the BankLabs website and all other customer-facing materials

Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong presentation skills
  • Knowledge of computer infrastructure, cloud and/or SaaS business models
  • Creative with some graphics arts skills to customer email templates, marketing collateral, create process charts, infographics, etc.
  • Ability to convey complex ideas in a clear, concise manner
  • Attentive to detail with an eye for quality
  • High energy and strong interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage several projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to ramp up quickly with detailed technical content, and to stay current with new product developments
  • Highly organized and able to manage time efficiently


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • 2+ years marketing experience, preferably in B2B cloud/SaaS software
  • Proven track record of developing strong and innovative content
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and one or more CRM systems
